Cycle, Yoga & TRX Classes

Alison DeJaeger
Alison started her fitness journey when she discovered she could no longer follow her strict diet of beer and pizza without consequences. After one yoga class, she was hooked and has practiced consistently since. She started teaching yoga and spin in 2011 and has grown to appreciate the mental benefits just as much as the physical.

Teresa Rutt
Teresa Rutt is an experienced instructor and ACE certified personal trainer of 14 years. Driven by a passion to help others achieve their goals, she takes pride in providing the best ride possible. She knows the difference a positive coach can make, and her goal is to help you have fun and gain confidence both in and out of the studio. In addition to her role up front in the saddle, Teresa serves on the village council and works internationally with college and university students. She’s a mom to two elementary aged boys and you’ll regularly find her on the ski slopes in the winter or a hiking trail in the summer.

Sheila Berrios
Sheila is an AFFA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 30 years experience. She has competed in national bodybuilding competitions, run international marathons, and has both managed and owned fitness facilities in the area.
Sheila offers lots of variety & energy in her classes!

Reggie Sferlazza (Harrison)
After practicing for 20 years, Reggie chose to share her passion for yoga by becoming certified in early 2018 at Riff’s Yoga Studio in La Jolla, CA, steps from the Pacific Ocean.
Reggie teaches from a place of love and acceptance. She believes that we are energetic beings and yoga shifts and releases energetic and emotional issues to bring about healing.
By honoring each student ‘where they are’, the yogic journey begins. The practice starts to change the student by building confidence, improving physical and mental health and helping to connect to their true nature while optimizing learning and growth.
Reggie’s focus is a playful practice that combines breathwork, postural alignment, movement, meditation and yoga philosophy – to develop flexibility, core stability, strength and presence.
The goal is to mindfully connect these elements and make this practice into a way of life.
In addition to her passion for yoga, Reggie enjoys a love of singing, music and community building. She believes we are all woven together and the weave makes us all stronger.
